Terms of Service

These terms explain how website orders, custom design, proof approval, production, payment, pickup and delivery work with Vivid Images.

Last updated September 19, 2026

1. Agreement and account authority

By using this website, placing an order, approving a proof or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You confirm that you are legally able to place the order and, when ordering for an organization, authorized to act for that organization. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

2. Orders, quotes and pricing

Product selections, quantities, materials, finishing, service levels, shipping and taxes affect the final price. Review the cart and checkout summary before paying. Quotes apply only to the specifications and validity period shown. We may correct an obvious pricing, configuration or typographical error before production; if that materially changes an accepted order, we will request approval or provide an appropriate cancellation option.

Discounts, rewards, wholesale pricing, reseller pricing and promotions follow their displayed eligibility and stacking rules. A product or charge may be excluded from a program when disclosed before purchase.

3. Artwork, content and proof approval

You retain rights to content you own. You grant Vivid Images and its production providers permission to store, process, reproduce and modify submitted material only as needed to quote, design, proof, produce, deliver and support the order. You represent that you have permission to use all submitted text, photographs, logos, trademarks and other content.

A proof is the customer’s opportunity to verify spelling, dates, contact details, layout, page order, image placement and other content. Production begins from the approved version. Customer-approved content errors may not qualify for a free reprint. Screen previews are not exact color proofs; paper, material, ink, finish, lighting and equipment can produce reasonable variation.

4. Production, turnaround, pickup and delivery

Turnaround begins only after required payment, usable artwork and proof approval are complete. A displayed pickup commitment is based on the selected service level and the information available at checkout. Customer changes, delayed approval, missing files, payment issues, events outside reasonable control or an agreed scope change may revise timing.

Cutting, folding, color, placement and finished size are subject to normal commercial-print tolerances. Customers should follow the Design Guide for bleed and safe areas. Pickup requires sufficient order identification and may require identity or payment verification. Shipping estimates are not guarantees by the carrier.

5. Payment and additional charges

Payment or valid authorization is required as shown during checkout or on the quote. Approved changes, additional design revisions, rush service, shipping changes, taxes or other authorized work may create additional charges. Refunds, credits and reprints are handled under the Refund and Order Resolution Policy.

6. Changes, cancellations and storage

Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. Custom work may become non-cancellable once design labor, materials or production have started. Charges may reflect work already completed and non-recoverable costs. Completed orders should be collected promptly. We may apply reasonable storage or disposition procedures to orders left unclaimed after repeated notice, where permitted by law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful content, attempt to access another customer’s information, interfere with the website or use automated means that burden the service. We may refuse or stop work that creates a legal, safety, security or production concern and will handle resulting charges fairly based on work performed.

8. Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website and production services reliable, but temporary interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, remedies for a verified defective order are limited to an appropriate correction, reprint, credit or refund for the affected goods or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by applicable law in Louisiana, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
